What is your pet policy?

As much as we absolutely love our furry friends, we are not a pet friendly facility.

Are there any limits on when I can work?

There are no limits on when you can work, the facility is 24/7 for members. The only stipulation is that you cannot live at the facility and lodge there.

For non-members and day pass holders, our standard hours are 9am–3pm, in which we ask that you arrive within those hours for our staff to let you in, unless previously arranged by Requesting a Day Pass.

Day Pass holders and Part-Time Coworking members have a 14-hour per day limit.

Do you ever close?

For members, the facility is accessable 24/7.

For day pass holders and conference room users, you can easily enter the space from 9am–3pm. Or if you need access outside of those hours, please arrange your times with our staff by emailing us.

For non-members who are interested in obtaining a membership or scheduling a tour, our community managers are on-site from 9am–3pm Monday through Friday.

How do I book a meeting room?

You can go to our 'Conference Room' page and Request to Book a conference room. Depending on your needs, you'll either be able to book directly or one of our staff members can coordinate and confirm your request.

Do you offer day passes?

Yes, for non-members - day passes start at $35/day. See our day passes page for more information.

Members have access to reduced day pass rates for their coworkers and guests.

Do you offer just conference room time?

Absolutely, our 6-seat conference rooms and 20-seat meeting room is available to book with a 2-hour minimum. Review conference room amenities in our Conference Rooms page

Are your memberships month-to-month? Or longer?

Yes, we have both month-to-month coworking memberships, along with annual discounted memberships.

Are the offices furnished?

Yes, they are furnished with desks, seating, storage, and trash receptacles for your office, and we encourage you to add your own branding to the inside of the office as well!

Is there parking?

There is ample street parking all around our coworking facility in Hillcrest - our group so far has always found free parking, and of the members we’ve spoken with, they’ve let us know that it hasn’t been an issue.
